I liked the solo Mustang seat I had on my 2009 RKC a lot but wished I had a backrest because my back causes me problems on longer rides. I really liked the way the plain solo looked on the bike and I've only had it for 1000 miles or so, but I can ride longer with a backrest.

Mustang seats are seriously comfortable. The new one has the removable backrest and the hole in the seat has a vinyl/leather cover that velcros over it when the backrest is not in. Pretty darn nice!
