Default roadking clock?

Anyone bought one of these and put it on thier RK? There seems to be several places selling what looks like about the same clock. If you have one, any complaints?

I bought that same clock from the seller in your e-bay link last summer. Looks great & no problems.

A buddy bought one as soon as possible to hide the "ugly screw" on his 05 RK std. Loves it and has had no problems except 1 battery replacement (took 3-4 min)

I'm looking at one of these, too. Trying to unsnap your jacket to see your watch is aggravating and dangerous. I was going to ask this question today about the quality of these so thanks for asking it first. I want one, but not sure if I want the console model or the one that fits over the igniton switch. I do know that some that fit on the ignition switch require you to cut off half the key head so it clears the cap on the clock. Others work with the original key uncut. I always thought the ingition switch looks unfinished.

I have that console screw mount with a thermometer in it.

For a clock, I have one of these handlebar mount ones:

I'm like you. I can't decide on the console or the switch either. I don't use my lock, so that's not an issue.

Well just out of curiousity, what does changing the battery entail? Just popping it apart?

I have the clock that mounts and swivels from the fork lock. It seems alot easier to see when I'm going down the road.
