Default Dresser trailered with NO STRAPS !

Here's a pic of my FDLHTI ready to roll with NO STRAPS ! On the trailer and ready in 3 minutes. It takes longer to secure the ramp than the bike, and the bike is MORE secure than the ramp !!!

Maybe so but I couldn't live with all those brackets attached to my frame in plain view....I'll stick to my tie down straps, condor type chock and E-Track.....Maybe 5 minutes to tie down 4 straps......

Very interesting. Not necessarily for me, but thanks for sharing.

Wish I had a trailor for when it has to go to the shop. Hate paying a pick up fee, maybe because mine is a 1996 and sometimes it takes a crap on me.

Those are still straps... Just not the flexible kind. I like the setup. You must have some off road fab experiance or you wouldn't have heim joints laying around....

Take care,
Dave

I got the idea here ( http://www.moki-ezlock.com/ ) and adapted it to my Kendon trailer.

I hate straps and all they entail. It takes a whole 5 minutes to take the 2 clamps off my down frame whenever I know I'm not going to be trailering anywhere.
It's not for everyone, but neither is the Yamaha FZ6 I have a blast on when I'm not on the Harley !!!
Peace out !
