Default Is it possible to "reset" the ECM on a 2005 RKC?

Noticed the newer models have the ability to reset the ECM by going through a few on / off cycles.

I have a stage 1 download on my bike, and was wondering if I could get rid of it with an ECM reset?
I would prefer to let the PCIII have full control over the stock ECM map, and not the HD stage 1 download.

Nope, dealer would have to reprogram it with the stock map.

You don't have to reset it. Buy the PC111 from Fuelmoto. Just tell them you have the dealer download and they will map the PC accordingly. Also, Dynojet has maps for bikes that have the stage 1 download.

I believe the answer is "yes" and "no." "Yes" you can reset the ECM if you buy a SERT. "No" you can't reset the ECM by going through a few on / off cycles. Of course why would you buy a SERT if you already had a PCIII?

I'd call Fuelmoto.

I'm thinking there's nothing you can do short of getting your ECM reflashed with the stock fuel/timing ratios from the dealer. Otherwise the PCIII will only be able to alter your existing Stage 1 map, and nobody knows what that is , especially since it more then likely didn't have a canned map.
Did someone dyno it with the Stage one AND the PCIII?
