Default Question on Harley Clock 75053-83

I have a 06 Electraglide and want to put a clock in one of the two available guage holes beside the radio. I have found a NOS Harley Clock 75053-83 online that states it is for a mid to late 80s model. My question is does anyone out there know if the guage hole in the 80s fairing for the clock is the same size as the two available guage holes in the fairing on my 96 Glide? That clock would look good in there..... the face of the clock trim is the same as the guages I have now.

Go for it!!!! I put one in my 06 eglide standard and the only thing I had to do was run a hot wire for the clock. I picked it up off the radio plug (wire that stays hot all the time) It fit perfectly. Harley should reintroduce this clock for the electraglide Standard. Makes a BUNCH more sense than that stupid temp guage!
