Ive got a 150 on mine. No cutting or trimming. Its the HD Dunlop cruiser model.

i used a mu-90-16 dunlop elite 3 and could not be happier. there is 1/8" clearance between the sidewall and the right side of the upper fender. about as close as you can get. the mt-90-16 is the right one for the front. and trust me, those elite 3 tires don't exhibit any butt wiggle while riding on rain grooves, and also supposed to have much more mileage in them than the stock d-402's iclick has lots of information on this subject. check out his threads. my e3's handle much better than the stock d-402's also, and cost me 111 for the rear through dennis kirk. the best price i found.
