by definition, yes. "bobbing" in this case means removing or altering a component on the bike to lighten weight and enhance performance. the term goes back to the mid forties.
not everyone is into ordering custom chrome plated cup holders, "live to ride" emblems, or symphony quality audio systems with blue tooth capability from the latest h-d or cc accessory catalog.
some of us still can do with out all that bs and enjoy the ride for what it is, riding. pretty novel concept.

Damn man, I like it. I would like to keep my Ultra super smooth and comfy but have something like this for my solo local rides. Very nice. Do you still have it?

I like it. I want to buy a salvaged title wreck and strip it down to make a bobber. Can't decide if I want a hardtail or leave it soft. I know bobber are not true to the ideal unless it is a rigid frame, but I will be riding a lot and want some small level of comfort. LOL YOU?
