Saddlebag lid rail conversion

Saddlebag lid rail conversion
I have saddlebag lid rails on my Ultra saddlebags 53667-89 and would like to replace them with the new Air Wing saddlebay lid rails 88299-09. Does anyone know if the mounting holes will line up?

I can shoot you the template for the air wing ones, you'd have to take off your current rails and see if the template lines up with the holes.
