Default 2010 Ultra Limited 103" and new cams

has anyone tried the SE-259E cam set with a factory 103" motor, does anyone know which cams are factory on the 103" in the Ultra limited model, I would like to upgrade from them, I am thinking it is the 255 set????? anyone upgraded yeat, I am going with new pipes (without a cat) new old stock (prior to epa bullshit) screamin eagle mufflers, a compact Heavy Breather Screaming Eagle intake and sest tuner and want to put the new cams and pushrods in asap to be able to complete the upgrade all at once before tuning.....

anyone done this yet?

Stock cams are same as stock 96 cu cams. 255 seems to be conventional wisdom for the 103 unless you're modifying compression which of course would require more extensive engine work. Matching cam to compression, IMO, is as important as aything to the overall riding experience. I'd probably go with the 255s myself (in fact that's waht I plan to do with my Limited).

Gene - seriously looking forward to hearing how this goes - especially the V&H. Seems to me the epa got involved in SE mufflers (or rather H-D stopped making "race app only" mufflers) quite a while ago. What model #s are you looking at?. What you're describing is essentially the same as what I have planned although the best looking slip-ons I've seen so far are KlockWerks . . . .

I got them from my dealer and sent them out to be painted by a local guy. They are Milwauke Baggers. got them for $600.00 and $300.00 to paint.

Just curious, I thought the 103 in the Limited was mechanically identical to the CVO motor from a few years ago and that it wasn't the stock 96 inch cam.

I picked up my Limited today, so I'd like to see what I can do to get a little more "oomph" from it.
