Default Spark plugs

At what interval or when should the spark plugs be changed because I bought my 2005 RoadKing Custom with 25k and now I have 29k

which spark plugs should I buy .Gap clearence

Manual says every 10k and that's when I change mine. I use the HD gold plugs but I know other guys that just use Autolites and they work fine too.

I change mine about every 10K and use the stock HD ones, no issues noted.

Stock plugs at every 10K. If you don't know when they were done last you might wanna put a couple in. Cheap and easy.

I run platinums and put 20-30k on them before swaps.

I changed out the stock H-D plugs in my 02 Ultra at 20K. And the NEW ones performed just exactly as good as the OLD ones did !

I bought my 05 with 22,000 on it and it now has 63,000 and still has the same plugs that was in it when I bought it. It starts and runs fine, great mileage. Why should I believe HD that I need to change them every 10K..
