Default Stereo Package

Since Dragonfly is having a fairing sale, I'm considering purchasing the fairing and doing an aftermarket stereo. Opinions please on an aftermarket stereo systems packages similar to, but better that Dragonfly's 6x9 stereo package.

JL Audio 6x9s (C2-690tx) are the best sounding ones I have heard.

Biketronics put out very good products. I don't have their 6.5 speakers but do have their 5.25s and they sound great! Also using their retrokit to connect the bar controls to my Pioneer 710BT headunit.

Great customer service too. Don't see where you can go wrong.

I went all hawg wired with a Sony Marine grade head unit. 120 watts with handlebar control. Sounds killer and looks great with their install kit very clean and easy to do all plug and play no splicing at all.

Call and ask for Rob(510.894.2999) , He designed the system. As for my parts I used the following

DCS1202 AMP
SX504-60 SX Series 4 Ohm Component Speakers
HSA470 Harley To Sony Radio Install Kit
SG5252 Steel Mesh Speaker Grills(not needed had my painter color match to inner fairing)

Sony head unit is a Sony CDXM60UI Marine receiver. It has I-pod/USB control. No more cd's for my 4gb usb card holds 1000 songs.

I thought he was a sponsor here, but don't see his ad. He has done some audio builds on Dragonfly fairings with ARC mini amps and speakers, never heard a bad word about his stuff or service.

Give me a shout you have a lot of options with the dragon fly fairing. I am finishing a Dragon fly build with a 1100 custom sreaming eagle paint job right now. I am installing it for my customer over the thanksgiving holiday in colorado springs.

Oh and I am also a hawg wired dealer.
