Default Looking for input on Installing the Ricor intimidators?

Hi, I have an 07 sg with a stock front end, I recently purchased a set of the Ricor intimadators and as soon as I can find another set of hands and my painted inner get here I'm gonna try and install these myself and I was wondering if any one has a write up on or advice on how to do this, I'm no mechanic but I cant afford to take it in.Thanks in advance. Easy install... get the forks out, no need to remove the whole inner, just the lower cap
loosen the pinch bolts after you remove the wheel, brakes and fender
slide the tubes down, use the triple tree as a clamp to remove top nuts from forks
remove fork tubes.. remove spring - caution...they are under pressure drain fluid

remove old valves under springs
slide new ones in and fill w oil as ricor states
Install springs... get a strong buddy for this as one will have to hold the fork and the other will have to press the top cap on asnd screw it down at the same time

Install half way up the triple, tighten pinch bolt on triple clamp, tighten top of fork..reinstall as removed

Help any??
