I went with a 21" front and a 18" rear. I also lowered the rear a little. Works well for me.

 

Here's my 04 RK, that I recently sold, with 21" front and 18" rear.

oh man, I'm waiting for the 21" roland sands morris wheel I ordered to come in and it's killing me, this thread aint gonna help either! They gave me an 8 week wait time when I ordered it, scheduled to be here the second week of February, fingers crossed.

 

21 up front and 16 in back. I have the back lowered 2" and no lowered front end.

 

Do I tempt with a dare to be different 23"?
