For a reasonable Dyno check out Dyno Dave in Chatsworth. 10050 Canoga Avenue Chatsworth, CA 91311-0965 (818) 709-1252 For the cams check out Lawndale Cycle. http://www.lawndalecycle.com/ There are plenty of other shops, but I don't know except what I read on here as I do all my work myself. A friend always uses Lawndale and says they are great. Dyno Dave charges $100 per Dyno. Another forum member hooked me up with a great Dyno guy but he was in Palmdale and I didn't have to the time get out there. He was $250 or so.

I would strongly recommend Baggers Ink. in San Diego. I have a close friend that is a mechanic that lives in the San Diego area. He referred me to the guys at Baggers Ink. They are very knowledgeable, very reasonable, and do amazing custom work. I live in Malibu, and they came and picked up my bike and brought it back to me for a very nominal charge. You can take a look at their website at BaggersInk.com. You can call them at 619-247-4942 and ask for Pat. Tell them what you want to achieve with your bike, and they will tell you various options and give you a price quote. I had my dual exhausts, cams, and new air cleaner with Power Commander installed by them. I couldn't be happier with how the bike turned out. Much better performance and great sound. Tell Pat that Mike from Malibu sent you. Good luck.

Finding a guy with a dyno is easy - finding one who truly understands tuning a Harley with a dyno is HARD. After a year of living with two attempts by a dyno owner, I cut my losses and spent all of last Tuesday getting my Road Glide to Cycledoctor in Costa Mesa, getting the tune, and getting home. This bike has never run this well - great power, no decel popping, smooth throttle response. Geoff (the Cycledoctor) at http://www.cycledoctor.com/index-1.html really knows his stuff, and was worth every penny I paid him for his services.
He's not cheap - but it's always cheaper to do it right the first time. Trying to save a little time and money cost me considerably more of both than if I'd just gone to Cycledoctor in the first place. I highly recommend Cycledoctor. Tell him Trent from Bakersfield sent you! (No, he doesn't pay for referrals...)

Kiwi Pro Cycle in Riverside! Barry Hamilton is very competent and has done many tunes for myself and friends. He is meticulous and also does great mechanical work. Had him do several engine builds and he did my 117" and I couldn't be happier. Great guy to deal with. Can't say enough about him as I suspect you can tell! PM me for his number.
