Default I need help!! V&H exhaust frustrating me

I have a 2010 RG. I installed V&H Dresser Duals with V&H Widow slip ons. The rear cylinder exhaust comes loose after a while from the muffler. The clamp is tight as could be, and so are the mount bolts under the right saddlebag. Looking at the bike from the rear, the right muffler even sticks out farther than the left. I have re-tightened the clamp several times and my indy even tried "tapering" the header pipe slightly for a snugger fit...any ideas? I am going to go over to Thunderheaders this summer I think so I need a temporary solution to get the pipe to stop vibrating...I hate that sound

Remove the muffler and put on a bead of high temp silicone, the same stuff that was used before the advent of the Torka clamp. Also replace your Torka clamp with a new one as well and let it cure overnight. Also, have you tried calling Vance and Hines? I have found their Customer Service to be A+.

have you tried switching them to see if it does it on the other side, it maybe just the pipe, it might need to be cleaned up a bit. might have some burrs left in it.

When I put on my Dresser Duals and HO Slip On's, Vance and Hines had provided the wrong hardware. As a result, my left SO wouldn't stay on the head pipe.

Called V&H, and they sent all new hardware, which had been redesigned, a new heat shield, and even a new left can (I had to reuse the baffle). Their customer service was top notch. I haven't had another issue since.

U could get an exhaust pipe expanded and use it inside the header pipe to expand it a tad so your slip on is snugger going on. Then as stated, use a new clamp.

Yep, same issue except mine is the right slip on coming off the power duals. I just beat it back on with a rubber mallet lol.

I'll be calling V&H tomorrow
