Default Fuel Moto 2010 Ultra Limited Cam testing Dyno Info

Here are some dyno test results from a cam install we just did on a 2010 Harley Ultra Limited 103". We installed the Wood's TW6-6 cams on this bike which already had our Jackpot 2/1/2 headpipe, Fuel Moto Stage 1 air cleaner and Dynojet PC-V and gave the bike a full dyno tune. The 103" bike responds very well to these cams with very good Hp/Tq increases. Throttle response is noticeably increased as well. These cams provide a very broad power curve, this combination makes over 100ft lbs of torque from 2650-5000 RPM! with stock compression and it makes power right to 6000 RPM. Overall this overall combination makes 30+ more Hp and +19 more Tq over stock, engine response is hugely improved and the bike runs substantially cooler.

That is friggin amazing. Very nice numbers. I hope we can get similar numbers from your new 2-1. I already have the PowerTube and A/C. Just need the 103, TW6-6, and a PC-V...

Nice work Jamie.

Looks good. It may not be possible with TBW, but I would like to see what's going on below 2300 RPM's in the TQ chart. As good as the 6-6's look, the stock cams performed respectfully with the other mods made.

The Motor Company specs list the compression is 9.7:1. If you wanted to go a step further this motor would certainly benefit from some additional compression

Great work Jamie. I can't wait to get the TW-7's in my bike. If my heads were stock I'd definately go w/ the TW6-6's and your map.

I don't know why this rumor persists. No, the stock cam is the same one used in the 96" motors. The 255 is a stage II cam for the 103 motor. The 255 cam profile is unique, and builds torque very early, but is done sooner than most cams as well.
