The 'ACCESSORY' fuse is 15 AMPs...that dosnt mean the wires going to the cig lighter/accessory plug will handle that...thanks for the reply but I believe I will wait for a more 'educated' answer...:>)

Really well kiss my ***... Tell me Educated man you think they would put a lighter in your bike that would melt down before the fuse blew or the wires melted.

Have a nice day jack ***.

For constant use, an educated man would head down to Advance Auto, buy a small spool of red and black 10g. wire, a 10g. inline fuse holder and make their own harness for something like heated gear...10g. wire will hold more than enough current than you'll ever need.

Without googling, I venture to say 10g. wire can easily handle 30 amps.

Thinking the most educated eal would be to take the stinkin harness that comes with the heated gear, pull off the seat and hard wire it onto the battery like most of us do. BUT, this was starting to get interestnig!!
