Fork rebuild kits
HD has now put all the components to rebuild a fork (or swap out to chrome, etc.) in a kit. It is pn# 49377-09 1984-2010 touring and softail models except FXCW/C, 1993-2005 FXDWG. Each kit services one fork leg only. Includes the following:
45405-75A SOCKET BOLT 1
45842-77A RETAINING RING, OIL SEAL 1
45845-77 O-RING 1
45859-77A PISTON RING, DAMPER TUBE 2
45865-84 SEAL SPACER 1
45866-84 SLIDE BUSHING 1
45875-84A OIL SEAL 1
45940-84 GUIDE BUSHING 1
46175-00 DUST SEAL 1
