Default Velva Ride motor mounts?

Anyone replace their stock motor mounts with the Velva Ride mounts? If so, did it make a difference? The manufacturer, V-Thunder, tells me that they will work on a Road King.
Thanks!

Sorry, can't help you. Are your motor mounts bad or are you thinking of putting new ones on for a specific reason?

The manufacturer claims a 20% reduction in transmitted vibration with these mounts. My ride shake me up pretty good at stoplights, any reduction in this would be welcome. Yes, I have had a wrench sit on my Road King, he tells me the vibration is normal and it's something to live with.

Yea, the Road Kings do vibrate some. If you put them on, let us know how they work out.

I don't want a squishey mount. The softer the mount the more you need True-Track. Kiss your corner handling good-bye!

I asked the same question a while ago and got no feedback. I was looking for info on the engine stabilizer links velva-ride makes. I was wondering if they are worth the huge price premium they charge. After 32,000 the bottom one on mine is a bit worn.

If these are the ones that are red hard plastic type, then yes I tried them back in the 90's on my 93 classic, big waste of time ,money and labor, made it vibrate more as the hard plastic didnt give like the factory ones did. I could be wrong, but velva ride is the name.
