Mine are at 3.5 turns. You can go 4 as long as they spin after bleeding down.

Use one dry lifter as a guide, adjust these as you would any hydraulic lifter, install the pushrod and lifter, make sure the lifter is not preloaded with oil, start at 0 lash, adjust the lifter all the way till you sink the plunger inside the lifter and at the same time keep track of the number of turns, as long as the lifter is dry it will NOT push back on the rocker arms forcing the valve open, once the lifter plunger is sunk in the lifter split the number of turns and back off this amount, for example if it took 5 turns to sink the plunger inside the lifter back off 2.5 turns and you will bring the plunger back to the middle of the lifter and it will be correctly adjusted, from this point you can either take the lifter out and preload it with oil along with the other three, then reinstall and set them all the same or you can do one at a time put everything together and let it idle, it will tap like a sob but after a min or so they will self prime.
