Default How to install hook up for Ipod on Ultra

I've seen an Ultra on Ebay for sale has an Ipod hook up installed on it to the radio not to Aux port.I wonder if any one on the form knows how to make it possible because I always use Aux port for my Harmon Kardon GPS and Ipod doesn't sound that great any way when hooked to Aux port. Thanks for any help.
