Default Turning on the spotlight switch blows fuses.

So I've got my Ultra all ready for the buyer. He's driving in in the morning from 500 miles away, supposed to drive all night.
I reinstal the tourpac and hook all the wires up to it. Clean and polish the Bike and buddy says "lets check to make sure that everything works". Well everything worked until we turned on the spots.
Lots of cuss words later, we found that disconnecting the plug inside the fairing to the front lights did not stop the fuse from blowing.
It still blows the fuse to the headlights and all running lights if I turn on the spot light switch.
Anyone got any ideas?
I'm thinking it's might be the switch.

If they worked before you reinstalled the tour pak. I think you should recheck your tour pak connections, you probably pinched a wire hooking it back up.

Yep. You have a direct short somewhere I bet. Time to start eliminating wires one a time till you find the fiendish culprit.
