103" would require a stroker crank and the same bore as a 95". 98" is the limit with no case boring on a TC88

Edit: I guess technically a 103" wouldn't require case boring either, just splitting the cases to install a new crank.

Doc's right again...

Forum sponsor Hillside does a good 98" from what I've read here. I wouldn't necessarily rule out a good 95" from Hillside, T-Man, Headquarters, and others that offer 98" as well. Just depends on what you want and how much $$ you want to throw at it.

S&S offers a stroker crank and big bore cylinders that total 124 inches. No machining of your cases required.

Enlighten me.
How do you turn a 88" Twinkie into a 107" without touching the case?

The OP said 88" not 96".

I guess if you're getting technical, the cranks can be changed without "machining" the case.
I venture to say the OP doesn't want to split the case, though.
