EFI = 24 Comp 37 Clutch
Carb = 25 Comp 36 Clutch
Interchangeable as a set but you will be happier with the EFI gearing as it is a bit snappier if just running around town. Back then EFI cost more and that gearing made you feel a little pep for what you paid.
Once I built my motor I changed to the Carb gearing as I was doing a lot of highway running. If memory serves me correct it's something like 250-300ish rpm difference.
I have several of the 25 comp gears if you can't find the basket you need.
Here is the gear you need for the cam. If you can’t find one at a decent price pm me. I have several. If you install this and use the original cover with the sensor you’ll be good.
