Default Newbe planning a Build

Hey guys, Im not a newbe to wrenching, just to Harleys. I am looking for certain things in this build. I just put s&s gear drive with the 510 G cams in my (new to me) 01 ultra, these cams are the same grind as the 203 se cams. My plan is to go big bore, ported and polished heads, (would like to know who in southern ohio is a reputable head tecnician) and finally cams and this is what I am looking for help with. I am looking for some of that "potato, potato, potato" or more affectionatly as lope. Also what should I keep compression at 9:1, 10:1, just need some advise. thanks J.

Shoot for 10.5:1 compression. Woods TW5G Cams. Make sure you get a good Dyno-Tune, the **** For Brains that Tuned mine left 10-12 on the table. I would have to travel 4-5 hours to get it Tuned by someone really good. Jim.

big boyz has a website that gives all sorts of information on builds etc. along with their prices on doing your heads. 10.5 cr works fine, provided you install manual compression releases so that your starter has a chance at a longer life.
