Six-speed transmissions require more transmission oil than the older five-speed transmissions. The drain plugs for the engine oil, the transmission, and the primary are all the same. They can be removed/installed with 5/8 inch socket or a 1/4 inch hex wrench. If the O-ring is pristeen, use it again. Otherwise, replace it.
Just curious... why not just replace the darn O-ring each and every time? WTF, it's only $1 or so.

I've got 80,000 miles on my Duece, fluids changed every 2,500 miles, and have never replaced an o-ring. As long as they are not damaged (cut, torn, knicked, etc.) they will last practically for ever for drain plug applications. It's not like they're sealing some high pressure system.
