Love the look Cbears, did you retain the original rail that runs under the bags?

I took delivery of a 2010 RK Classic a couple of days ago and can't wait to lose the soft bags.
Yes the stock bar under the bags worked like a charm as did the stock connectors. It would only take a couple minutes to switch between hard and soft if I hadn't sold the soft ones that is. I did buy the stock HD rubbers for the bottom and the connector holes.

I like the look of the stock Classic bags, but I could warm up to yours in a hurry! They really add to the nostalgia look.

they look awsome!!! im going to order a set for my rkc, just one question...

are cavalry saddlebags bigger than the stock leather? can you fit more things inside? they look smaller than leather ones

have you try to fit cavalry bags with nostalgic guard rails for leather bags?

when cavalry bags are closed does dust or whater get inside? the main reason I change to fiberglass bags is because sometimes I have to carry some work documents and important customer contracts inside and it is imposible to keep them white, they get dirty.

Thank you!!!

I installed the Calvary bags two months ago, nice set of bags particularly on the price. you do have to adjust one of the brackets to achieve same centers as the bags, I did take Cbears advice and swap out the rubber grommets. my bags came in fairly green, particularly the sprayed in liner. All in all they are functional and cannot see where they are any inferior to the OEM's.

They fit more stuff than the leather ones. In fact they fit more stuff than HD hard bags by a little. They are air tight I have had no trouble with dust in them. I didn't have to change anything about the bike at all for them to fit perfectly once I got the grommets and rubber mounts from HD.
