Default DNA wheels u get what u pay for

I've had a set of DNA 52 spoke mammoth for about a year now on my 2008 street glide, a friend noticed my wheel vibrating sat. After checking my rim i noticed a crack big enough to see the tube coming thrue called kcint and was told i had the rims to long so they could only give me 20% off if i bought a new rim. This was a maufactuer problem will never ride dna again thank god i was running a tube in my back tire or else i would have crashed. So be careful when buying 52 spokes u may pay in the end.

So have you contacted the manufacturer? Maybe they will be more concerned.

A re-seller will not do much IMO...but the actual manufacture may!! Good luck

Default DNA Speciality Rims

BEWARE OF DNA SPECIALITIES!!! I purchased 2 years ago tubeless Mammoth spoked rims for my Road King. Due to a manufacture defect the front rim started leaking after the 1 year warranty. In July I sent my rim back to the manufracture DNA Speacility Inc. in Gardena Calif. to be re- sealed. I should have received my rim back in 5 business days. I keep calling and getting the run around regarding the status of my rim (they keep losing it). At one time I was promised my rim would be sent to me free of charge by July 30, 2010 for my troubles. It is now 8/19/2010 and I still do not have my rim. I finally received a call from DNA only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Today they call me and offer me a new rim at a discount or to reseal my original rim (if it really is mine) for a discount. DNA has had my rim for a month now. I have missed out on numerous rides this past month and living in Utah winter is now near. I will never never purchase a rim manufactured by DNA again.

spent 30 minutes on phone with dna being passed around with out ever talking to somebody who could actually help or want to help with returning my wheel. I guess i just take the loss. filed claim with better business burea still no results alot of denial and no help. Was told i"d have to return the rim to be looked at from bbb but the persons name they gave the bbb no longer works there of course.
