Default Moving Passenger Back Rest Back? Kit to Move Back?

With the Tallboy seat on my bike my girlfriend barely has any room on the back between my backrest and hers.

Ive looked at her back rest and I can start cutting, welding and re-chroming but I wanted to see if anybody offers a kit first.

I know there are kits to move tourpacks back for this same reason but what about back rest brackets?

Its for a 2009 Streetglide

Is it a detachable? If it is you can drill another hole for the rear mounting stud between the top and bottom ones and it will tilt it back about an inch and a half.

Yes its removable but Im confused.

I thought about raising the hole that holds the black locking cams that are on the 1/8" flat steel plate on the sides on the back rest itself which would let it tilt back more but the holes are Huge because they have a pressed in bung in them. I will have to plug weld those holes, drill a new hole higher up and use a die grinder to remove metal to increase the height of the notch that the docking post slides up into.

There is no uppper and lower hole on the backrest part so Im confused what you were reffering to.

Kuryaken makes a bracket that will slide the tourpak 1" forward and 3" back. Don't know if it fits to a Streetglide. I have the same issue on my Ultra also.

Here is a photo of the bracket before and after removal of the black locking cam and the pressed in bung.

In order to drop it down I would have to raise the position of that hole and remove some material to let it fall down further into that notch the docking post fits into
