Is the discount on just the monthly service bill? We currently have a like discount through Verizon and that discount includes phones and accessories too.

Yup. I did. I had and existitng account and had just upgraded to iPhone with data plan so I was happy to get the discount.

Added it to my existing family share plan for 5 lines. 17% discount on 5 lines is a nice savings. It started a few days after I enrolled.
