I bought one last year cause it was a good deal and I was trailering to daytona, but never used it when I trailered. Still in the box, but appears to be very good quality and maybe one day I'll mount and use it, am hoping to ride to daytona this year so who knows. Sorry I wasn't any help!

I use condors but my brother bought 2 from HF and used them to bring 2 bikes from N.Y. to Florida and back with no problems so I would say they pass the test.

I saw 3 different ones at the store last week and they all looked to be built pretty well...
