Default Pics of winter (into early summer!) project

Done late, spent last month riding the wheels off her, finally took a minute to put up some pictures. Major changes (other than complete paint job) are 2010 CVO fascia and taillights (mounted to stock 2007 fender) and 2010 street glide 18 inch wheel. I put on CycleSmith 16 bagger apes and did all wiring/cabling myself. Not as wild or fancy as some of the custom bikes out there, but it works for me.

Nice job! The flames are awsome. How'd you fit the CVO fender extension?

+1 on "How To" mount CVO fascia/tail lights on pre--09 fender.

Great job; thanks for posting the pics.

Painter did the work. He cut the fascia in half, took a little section of off each half and he plastic welded two halves back together. He (with little help from me) lined it up on fender and then drilled new holes in the fender to mount fascia correctly and evenly.

I used all parts from 2010 CVO. Fascia, lights, support bracket and wiring harness. The cutting and welding of fascia is all on the painter. He did a fantastic job. Wiring was probably the easiest part. simply cut off 2010 pin connectors, soldered 2007 pin connectors on wires and plugged it into stock 2007 wiring harness under the seat

Thanks for the information. Another question: did the holes and recesses for the tail light and turn signals of the OEM fender need to be filled or were they covered by the license plate? If the latter, what plate holder did you use.

Again, thanks for the information you provided.
