Default Trailer Hitch advice needed..

Done a little searching but need advice from those of you that actually use a trailer hitch.

I have an 04 FLHTCI with the Saddlebag Filler Stip (goes between the fender and saddle bag)

I am going to be riding with the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) - and I want to flag our Flag - The flag holders attach to a trailer hitch..

This idea is starting to add up $$$$$$$ lol

So, my question to you that run with trailers - who makes the best/better hitch at the best prices.. don't need wiring - never plan to pull a trailer - just fly two flags.

doesn't really need to be hidden. trying to save a few $$ but not go really chaep. Retired now and live on a budget.

Thanks for your advice

Most of the PGR guys with touring bikes that I've ridden with are using the Rivco flag mount, that will allow you to use 1 - 3 flags, depending on how you configure it. It's removable, so when you aren't flying flags, it's not seen.

Hitchdoc and Mchitch make the nicest hitches, pricey +$400. I have a Hitchdoc on my '10 RG.
I had a Kuryakyn on my '05 & '07 Ultra's. They are going to be the least expensive and I've seen them on ebay for under $100.
The Kuryakyn mounts low and uses the rear fender bracket, so the filler strips should not be a problem.

Great advice and Thank You..

I need to look at the Rivco flag mount set up.... for those that run this... do the flags need anyother support - to keep them from bending or breaking?

I pull a 700 pound trailer with my Kury hitch. See no reason to spend $300+ for some of the others.

+1. It even pulls trailers, too. It bolts up to your fender braces, so make sure it will clear those fillers.

Mchitch sells a hitch for my bike at $196.00

I need to call them
