XM radio - missing channels

XM radio - missing channels
Before I try to deal with the XM radio technical people, I thought I would try asking here. I have XM radio subscription in my truck and the identical subscription for the Ultra with the Harley XM radio module. There are several stations on the Ultra that I do not receive for some reason. These are not premium or "extra" channels - they are part of the base XM subscription. I get most of the channels but there are a few that the Ultra just skips past. I've tried to "refresh" the radio - no change. Any ideas?

Merlin41,
Just had a similar problem with the Sirius reception in my Jeep. Periodically the Satellite providers push out signal upgrades that don't take for some reason. Call XM technical service and have them send out a signal to your receiver. It will upgrade all your channels. You will need your radio ISN number. It takes anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour. You must leave your radio on, and in area where you will get good satellite reception (no garage). This should solve your problem.
