Absolutely the best bang for the buck, with remarkable numbers. I've seen 117 not performing like this and 124 engines getting similar numbers but costing twice as much.

...and still I can ride it all day long like a geezer glide.

I have the 107 w/555 cams and level b heads in my 07 deuce. Was concerned with the temps when I saw it hit 300* so asked Jamie about it. He said to expect temps to be in the 270-320 range. As for mileage, I haven't ridden it enough to say how it'll end up, but so far I've been in the 40 mpg range.

65-70MPH I get pretty close to 40. Above 70, it goes down quickly.

Satcht I am getting consistent 42mpg and that is real mileage, mileage/gallons.

I too was concerned that the heat might require me to do more that the simple Jagg 5 row cooler I have on my bike. But actually, in normal riding with temps in the high 70s and low 80s, I am seeing 215'F on my McEwan in dash oil temp guage and 260'F on my engine temp with the Power Vision.

Heat is the same of lower than my previous stage 1. You'll be fine.

We all know that FM has some great running 107's but come on. They are not going to compete with a 117 or a 124 that are built correctly.

I agree, and FMs bigger builds prove this out.. sorry if I misrepresented that. But my experiences has been that I've seen many more of these big builds not built correctly for whatever reason.

Thanks for helping me fine tune the point I was trying to make. It's not all about cubic inches, it's all the right components that compliment each other and a quality tune to go with it.

Correctly built and tuned 117 or 124 will give another 10 or 15 hp/tq on top of what the 107s are getting for sure. I see yours is getting remarkable power, that must be fun, how do you hold on when you light that up?!
