Just saw your bike on the FuelMoto FB page. All apart and ready to be built up! Not to worry, they do it everyday and will take very good care of you and your ride.

You are going to love your "new bike", which is exactly what it will be! I'm looking forward to your reports along the way. The trip to Florida sounds Pissah!!!

Oldhippie. On your 107 build did they change the TB or port it and change injector? It's 46mm stock . Hoping to do same next year so wondering if need to change it too.

Nope, they changed the TB to the SE 50mm with 49mm injectors. Jaime told me their testing reflected that the stock TB was at it's saturation point in the stock motor. Also that their testing showed that the SE 50mm/49injectors was a really good match for the rest of the 107 build. So that's what was used. Bolt on parts out of the HD catalog I believe. I think the 50mm came from the 08 model year but was a bolt on.

Waiting on call to come get my bike...Can't wait !!!! I went with the E series exhaust yet went in with Road and track on build sheet. After listening to both and listening to input from Jamie and Bob opted for E series...Loved the r/t but too loud to listen to for 8-10hr days in the saddle. Also going with Woods 999-6A cams...Jamie thought a better cam for what I was looking for.Post thoughts after my ride back to Ohio
