107" Big Bore Kit and Dyno Testing by Fuel Moto
#2241
The 110 kit has the potential to make a few more Hp/Tq due to the increased bore size, this special hi-tensile steel sleeve has a thin spigot to fit into the stock cases, it is the largest bore you can go without case boring. The benefits of the ductile iron 107" cylinders are going to be the best ring seal & overall service life. Both are great options.

The FM Extreme Duty cylinders are essentially an updated version of our original IC cylinders. The 3.937 & 4.0" bore cylinders now look more like the stock units for a more stealthy appearance while the 4.125" and larger will retain the same appearance as the IC's.

Hello, I just had a 107 kit installed and tuned at Fuel Moto. The bike is night snd day difference in power. So much more fun to ride. They instslled the H/D clutch spring holding up just fine. Motor running like top.. I have heard about the bottom ends on Hsrleys, I run the bike hard but most of the time your just riding. I feel the bike will run just fine over the years. The bike runs great all round great kit, awesome service and people to deal with. They will get my bussines from now on. Call them ask them questions they sre glad to help you get what you want from your bike.

There aren't any. No doubt it can be done if someone sets their mind to do it, but what were seeing here is build after build talking about more and more power with some of the newer cams like the 999 series, and some of the new exhuast in the 2/1/2 and 2/1 systems, bigger throttle bodies etc.. LOTS of major horsepower. No failed cranks.
I think most of these riders are respecting the investment they made in this very satisfying powerplant and just don't beat them all that much.
I know for me, I just too busy smiling.

I'm no engine expert, but I have a FM107 kit in my 2010 Ultra that has 23,000 miles on it. Its been from Wisconsin to Florida to Texas and back. I've sat in Atlanta traffic with the road temp at 120 deg. F and the bike was hotter than a firecracker. The bike still runs like a top.
To beat the heat get a good tune and synthetic oil. My FM107 actually runs cooler than a stock 103.

I was worried about heat too.. runs just like it was running per 107, even better plus better gas mileage.
