Default 2011 CVO Street Glide 110" Dyno Test Info Fuel Moto +15Hp/15Tq

Here is some test info from a 2011 CVO 110" Street Glide that we worked on a few weeks back. This bike was brought to us completely box stock, we made some base dyno runs for a good evaluation and it made 87Hp/104Tq which was pretty typicall of what we have seen on prior 110" models. We then swapped out the stock catalyst head pipe and mufflers with our Jackpot 2/1/2 head pipe and Jackpot Pro Touring mufflers. We left the stock SE Ventilator air cleaner in place and added the Dynojet PC-V along with a full dyno tune. Our final numbers were 102Hp/119Tq which is an improvement of 15Hp/15Tq over stock, most impressive is at 3150 RPM where it makes +23Tq over stock. Along with the increased performance there is a huge reduction in heat from both the motor and the exhaust system, and of course awesome sound. Here is a before and after chart:

Are the stock cams still in place? Are they 255's? I see the big drop in TQ @ 4000 RPM's is why I ask.
Thanks, Dave

Sampson Silver bullet slip-ons and screamin eagle tuner installed on my 2011 CVO 110 inch Roadglide. 90 h.p and 115 torque on dyno. According to your chart I gained nothing for $1000.00 compared to stock performance? Bike runs much better and feels more powerful though, I guess I dont get it.

You didn't mention an aftermarket (non cat) header on your bike, so I would say it's safe to say your stock header is choking you up.
