07 pipes fuel pak air filter
For those that have a 07 and thinking about upgrading the pipes this is what I did . Just installed a set of vance&hines slip ons part #16725 , SE air filter and backing plate #29440-99d , and a V&h fuel pak part # v61003 . So far all is good , bike runs a lot cooler than the stock set up . Bike has better power with the settings they gave me , no backfireing on decell .Anyone thinking of intalling a fuel pak it really is very easy. Whole job pipes, air setup, and fuel pak took me little over a hour . I will post a update when I get some more miles on it.

RE: 07 pipes fuel pak air filter
I just installed V&H Oval Slip On's with the V&H FuelPak and the Arlen Ness Big Sucker on my '07 Ultra. I can't tell that it runs any cooler. I do feel more "kick in my pants". Sounds better too!
I am a little concerned about a little backfiring on decel..not gunshot like... and leaking on both sides where the mufflers attach to the factory pipes. The left pipe required me to use the clamp that held the stock mufflers in place because the V&H clamp would not secure it.
Do you have any leaking or a had time getting the left slip on to tighten?

I actually broke one of the clamps but luckly had another one in my garage , make sure you have the slip ons slid up far enough and make sure your clamps are tight enough. Also did you follow instructions for the fuel pak after entering values go to next mode and turn throddle?

Will not work with download , Seems to me the H_D downloads are useless now anyway because they are all 50 state street legal. That is why I chose the fuel pak to save that money for the download that is a little better than stock .

I had no luck with the FeulPak for my 06 Ultra with a stage 1. Seems the FuelPak does not play nice with that particular download. I had to upgrade to the PC111. V& H told me to go back to harley and have the bike reflashed to stock. I was like WHAT???

Took bike out all afternoon runs great with this setup , much more power through all gears pulls a LOT harder !! Oh and another thing cant hear any whine in 5th at all , I think most of the problem with that is I know I never ran any of my h-d 's with the stock pipes and you can hear every sound it makes , and not only that all the talk about it in this forum people are looking for it.
