I've two sets of bars from them. The first set on my 05 EGC by Cyclesmith 13" for 4 years. The cables and line were from Motion Pro, and they are crap, but the bars were fine. The second set is there bars that they have made and call there own. I ordered 14", but they measure 16". I called to question them about this and they said they were 14". I have been a machenist for over 30 years, and deal with .001 of an inch every day. So I can tell 14" from 16". No problems with the brake and clutch cable and line. They are better quility than MP, they are from Drag Speciality. With any bars you get, you have to debur and open the holes where the wires go in and come out. Its just commen sence.

Default 14" apes

Just installed. HCC 14" inch apes On my 08 superglide. They told me in would be 2-3 weeks before I would recieve them. Got them in a week and a half. Was pleased with the install. The controls that they put on them had a brake housing for an 07. 08's are different I had levers for an 08 had to switch them out. Only thing is the wires didnt have the connecters on it and had to order some from Harley took 3 weeks to get them. Since they were on back order.

I've installed a few sets of HHC apes on friends bikes. I would not recommend them. Poor chrome quality. Had to change the switches on all sets. They are not the easiest guys to contact or deal with. A few sets I received were poorly wrapped up. If your going to order from them you should at least upgrade the bars to wild ones. Hopefully those won't be rusted before you receive them. I like the idea of getting everything in a kit. Just wish another company would offer this. Unless there is and I just havnt found it yet.

Just go look at any used bike...
A real used bike... Not a 4 year old bike with 800 miles on it.....
Especially chromed aluminum...
That chips and flakes...
Steel... StArts to rust.....

You must have a lot of salt in the air down there, after 33,000 miles on my Street Glide my Cyclesmiths looked as good as the day I installed them. Even rode in the winter. The chrome on my Wild 1s look just as good if not better. None of my chrome even HD chrome ever rusted.

I got 12" ones in late November for my '05 EG. (Pretty nice winter project) They seem fine so far. Cables and wires seem o.k. I didn't get the switches. It wasn't too hard to install them, it took me about 11 hours, about what I expected. I live where it is cold and snowy so I dont have many miles on them, but I like them. It is a little dissapointing to hear some of the bad stuff on here, so I will have to wait and see how long they hold up or if I have any problems
