Default 2005 Road Glide air shock pressure

I have a 2005 RG with a tour pak. I ride solo most of the time. The bike probably has 12pounds on it or less at any given time. I am 275..I know big guy..but down 95 lbs in almost two years...ANYWAY how much pressure can I put in the air shocks with out concern...15 psi feels like hard tail and even worse when bottoms out..20 is still not enough..bottoms out a lot... I had an 07 RG without the tour pak, I never had go above 20 psi, even 2up. So what are you guys running on an older tourer with a tour pak....

I know the 09s changed the frame and shock set up, so you can add more air in those shocks with out worry.
Im looking for on 04s, 05s, 06s....

According to the manual, 35 psi is the max.
