Default Thanks HOGPRO!! Baggerdsm(aka TXCHOP's) new wheels.

Just wanted to thank publicly the guys at Hog Pro for really taking care of me.
I ordered a set of Lemans 18" black powdercoated from them. They said they were a special order and it will be roughly 4+ weeks to get them. I thought, no big deal, in Ny riding season is just about over so i can look forward to a early Christmas present. Well the guys came though way early. Took 3 weeks to my door from CA to NY!!! Thanks.

I have been doing some research on what size to go with. Love to 21 inch look, but didnt want to alter the geometry of the bike one bit. Was going to stick with 16 in the rear as i blow through tires quicly, but the 18 F+R just stood out to me. Large enough to look custom, but street friendly. They raised the entire bike up about 1/2(didnt measure, just eyball) which is fine by me. Helps with cornering. Cornering, which the 18's do very well i might add. Only got about 75 miles in on them so far, but the ride is sporty.

Been trying to build the "Ferrari" of Harley's for a long time with my bike. think i finally achieved it. A few more strategic powdercoated pieces and i will be done...well until my motor grows next year again. 117 now, but might do 124 next year. Here are a few of the decent pics. Going to go for a ride next weekend and bring my good camera so i will get some better shots..

Oh and thanks Primo for the inspiration...18/3.5 140mm tire 18/4.25 150mm tires

Yup, Howards 3-3. Best shocks i have ever ridden on. 06 roadking style front suspension with racetech's.

Yep, took a page from his book on the wheel choice. Actially picked these wheels out first and after i ordered them i did a search to see if anyone had and primo's bike did..

Thanks been going for that "look"!
It gets out of its own way just fine..117ci motor, 138hp/140tq sae.
For me form follows function. I dont really add much of anything on the bike just to look good, except powder coating something..

The wheels really look good on your bike. I love the performance changes from stock. Enjoy.
