I did the install myself.Took a couple of days and took my time. Everything worked great! Rides so nice now.

 

Just painted the front fender.

 

That fender looks good!! What paint/process did you use?

 

I forget the brand of paint, got it from Auto Paint Store in Laguna Niguel. Vivid Black, with 2K Clear. I just sanded down the original paint, repaired minor imperfections and primered, sanded, primered, sanded.
It's not anywhere near perfect, there's some imperfections. Bit it's good enough for right now.

 

I'd like to find some 10" or 12" handlebars like these, that'll fit a 2012 RKC with the TBW. Anyone know who makes them?

Mind telling me what style bars you have there? I just picked up a 2016 RK and will being changing the bars soon. Your bars look great!

 

These are my favorite before and after pictures. I bought this '02 about a year ago. Over the winter I pulled the tins (sealed the tank), got new bags and sent them for paint, replaced the cams and installed new tensioners, got the mustang solo and chubby bars. Toying with the idea of laced wheels and white walls next...

 

OK here she is again...just did what i think will be my last bar swap.. running 12" carlini evil apes...
