New Ultra Classic Owner
Picked up my 2011 Ultra Classic Peace Officer Special Edition this afternoon. I kept my Softail Custom, but the Dealership gave me a decent deal
for the Ultra Classic, and I've always wanted one. Wasn't supposed to be in until January, but Santa
came early and I drove it home this afternoon. Even that short drive was enough to show some of the difference in the ride and comfort of the UC. Even with temps at 38 degrees and a stiff breeze, I was still very warm at 65 miles an hour with the windshield and front fairing. I'm already planning a week long outing on the Blue Ridge Parkway next June on the UC. The Softail will just have to live as my daily motor but I'm sure both will get plenty of seat time.
