Default 103" Power Pak Wood TW-555 Cam Dyno Test by Fuel Moto

Here are some results from a TW-555 cam install we just did on a customers 103" Power Pak Ultra Limited. This bike has our Jackpot 2/1/2 head pipe, Jackpot Dyno Tuned mufflers, FM Stage 1 air cleaner and was tuned with a Dynojet PC-V. We installed the Wood TW-555 cams and used our FM Quick install pushrods along with a full dyno tune. The TW-555 is an excellent bolt in cam for the factory 103", we had very good conditions for tuning and final numbers were 98Hp/109Tq, very impressive for a stock 103 with exhaust, cams, and tuning. In fact this combination made the best overall torque we have seen on a factory 103 with a cam swap to date.. Here are the final results........

Jamie,

Does the 103 power pack have the Stage II high compression pistons? Do you have the tq/hp number for stock 103? Really impressive numbers for a 103!

That is exactly what I would like to do with my 10 FLHTK. I am in process of installing the Jackpot 2 ½ head pipe now then 4” Jackpot up slash mufflers. Cams, A/C & tune to follow as time and funds permit. Those are impressive stats. My question is how do squeeze 2 more HP to have the 100 HP bragging rights?
Thanks, David in Ohio

How much higher is that than the 103" with the SE255 cams?

You could have 2 Clydesdale horses pulling your bike and you would be right at 100 HP

The 103 Power Pak comes with flat top pistons, and these bikes generally make in the range of 69Hp/86Tq bone stock
