Question Mixing fork oil weights ?

I have read on some threads about mixing fork oil 50/50. What are you mixing. SE I would assume and type e. What effect does that have. When I first changed mine I went to, SE and my wife and I are small people. Wonder if I would be better off with the lighter weight sfuff as far as ride. My dealer said the stock type e causes front end drive when braking, and they don't sell much of it. However that's what comes in them from the factory I believe. Opinions please.
