2009 ultra stripped it down to di some work in ghe cam chest. Putting it together and this was under the bike transmission area. I am thinking maybe under gas tank area ir a side panel? Not sure. Thanks

 

Goes at the base of your gas tank, two bolts on either side hold down the tank and a single bolt holds that piece and your wiring harness that comes out from under your tank and under the seat
