Im a big fan of the Dunlop E3s, ride & handle nicely & gives excellent mileage.

Jim, what's the cost difference in the E3's vs. Metz's?

I have only had dunlops but i am not that impressed by them. Someone set a land speed record on a Road Glide with Metzlers on it.

I'm going for Metzler myself shortly. Mostly on price as they are almost half the price on the stock Dunlops on my UC. I have heard good things about them though.

The Metzlers stick good in corners but, have softer compound rubber, less milage. The E3's stick almost the same but, get great mileage. JMO

I'm a big fan of the Metzlers. I have not used the E3's but heard good things about them. Metzlers will wear faster then the Dunlop 402's but handeling is much better with the Metzlers.

Only used the E3; cost, wear, handling, and stiction are a big improvement over OEMs.

I have heard good things about both. I am going with E3's. Dunlop is made in the USA. Last I heard Metzler had a plant in Brazil. I seem to remember some trouble with quality?? Could be just urban legend though. I figure all in all I will try an spend my $$ on American made products.

I have used the Metzler me880...
Great tires, they do wear out alittle sooner.
I think they are worth it.
