Default Roll off switch

Does the roll off switch on the throttle cable have to be plugged in a certain way?
Changed bars, and cruise no workie.

In a word, no. It is a SPST normally open switch. Which means, it closes and completes the circuit.

Well Damn...I guess I will have to take it back apart ,and triple check my wireing.
