Cool Radio Shack Siren Install

I'm posting this here and the DIY sticky since most people won't search all 40 pages of the DIY, and since no one has done a tutorial about something alot of people are interested in doing. For less than $6.00 bucks you can have one heck of an alarm!

This was done on an 07 RKC. So please don't ask me what else it will work on, but I'm sure others can chime in on their success stories.

Thanks to ROLLNTIGER, and Stu07HD (and Jetspeed8 for getting me to the original post).

You can download from here.

Sound file is included in above, but for those who just want to check it out:

Thumbs up

Cool video.

I went ahead and created a thread as well for those doing this on a 2011 RGC.

I added one on my 12 RGC. I bought a 2nd one for the 12 Vrod but I have been unable to locate the wire I need to splice into even with the service manual at hand. Bummer.

Found one wasn't real loud, so now I have 2 installed. A quick question though, can you tap into the wiring for the horn & have that work as your siren as well?
